Downtown Framingham, Inc. is hosting its first Creative Economy and Cultural Tour of downtown to highlight the art and cultural centers in our community.

The tour will begin and end at Braza Grill where a shuttle will pick up passengers and escort them to Farm Pond and Howard Street Studios.

At Farm Pond, tour goers will learn about the historical events that have contributed to the rich culture of Framingham through informational boards and guided boat rides! Additionally, renderings will be on display from the upcoming development that will be built where the Bancroft Building currently stands.

The shuttles will return to Braza Grill around 5 p.m. for a fashion show which will complete the tour.

The fashion show will feature pieces from Nill's Bridal Couture and ATOS Boutique - two downtown businesses focused on fashion.

Stop 1:  Bus Pickup at Braza Grill

The tour will begin at Braza Union House Grill at 672 Waverly Street. Here, tour-goers can park their cars and board shuttle buses which will bring them to the other stops on the tour and eventually back to Braza Grill where a fashion show will be held.

 Howard Street Studios provides studios and galleries to local artists who live and work in downtown.

Stop 3: Howard Street Studios

Around 4 p.m., tour-goers will be shuttled to Howard Street Studios to meet local artists and explore their galleries.

Stop 2: Farm Pond 2-4 p.m.

The first stop on the tour will be at the Farm Pond Boat Launch. Here, tour-goers will board boats and learn about the rich history of the pond and the events that have taken place on its shores.

At the boat launch, renderings of the development that will be built at the current location of the Bancroft Building will be on display. Additionally, coffee, tea and refreshments will be served.

Stop 4: Braza Grill Fashion Show

The tour will end back at Braza Grill where a fashion show will feature outfits and models from Nill's Bridal Couture and ATOS Boutique. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks and food from the newly opened restaurant while they admire the clothing that will be on display.
