Downtown Framingham, Inc. conducted its Second Annual Business Climate Survey upon a sample of businesses in Framingham’s Central Business District.

In 2017, 23 businesses participated, and in 2018, 25 businesses participated in the lengthy survey.  Although each participating business did not respond to every question, the continued feedback is essential in developing new strategies and adjusting old support mechanisms.

Downtown Framingham, Inc.’s Business Development Manager, Robert Mitchell, personally encouraged businesses to participate, as surveys were translated in several languages to compel businesses across many business sectors and cultures to respond.
