Waverly Market is a family-owned meat market that has been in business since 1929. It is located at the 6 mile mark for the Boston Marathon. Fresh meat, Italian artisan cold cuts, homemade pasta and desserts are served here with pride and passion.

David Stefanini has been working in the business since 1975 since his father, Joseph who started the business with David’s grandfather Giacomo passed away. David’s mother Angie who is 99 years old, works alongside him.

Waverly’s has been very successful and has been called a “Hidden Jewel” by the Phantom Gourmet as well as being featured on Chronicle. It is clear that David puts his heart and soul into the business. His passion and love for the market have kept it as successful and loved as it is today.
